Unit Introduction:


The YND-WQ series room temperature water-cooled variable frequency air suspension centrifugal chiller is a new generation of chiller designed and developed by our company based on advanced technologies at home and abroad. This series of products adopts an air suspension centrifugal compressor, which has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, and environmental protection. The unit is an oil-free system that does not require the replacement of lubricating oil and achieves almost zero maintenance operation, which can greatly reduce operating costs. According to user needs, this series of products can provide 4-16 ℃ refrigerant with a cooling capacity range of 75RT-800RT, covering a wide range, and can be used as a cold source host for various industries such as central air conditioning, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, electronics, and food.

Stable and reliable:

·The impeller is driven directly by a motor, reducing transmission components, with a simple structure and reliable operation.

·The motor is cooled by refrigerant, which is not affected by the external environment, and the winding temperature is uniform and stable.

·The air bearing has no direct physical contact, and its theoretical lifespan is infinite, with a start stop lifespan of over 100000 times.

·The rotor assembly has undergone high-precision dynamic balance correction of>G2.5 level, reducing vibration caused by unbalance and ensuring smooth operation of the rotor assembly.

·The main shaft adopts a lightweight and rigid shaft design, with sufficient critical isolation margin, no resonance points in the full speed range, and stable and reliable operation of the shaft system.



Efficient and energy-saving:


·The refrigeration unit equipped with this compressor can easily achieve dual level energy efficiency.

·A ternary flow impeller was designed for the compressor, and through optimization design across the entire operating range, the efficiency was comprehensively improved under various loads

·Dynamic pressure air floating bearings use refrigerant gas as a lubricant, and the losses caused by friction in the gas film are three orders of magnitude lower than those in oil film bearings.

·Motor direct drive structure, no intermediate mechanical transmission loss, high transmission efficiency.

·The application of high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motors, without excitation losses, improves efficiency by 3% to 8% compared to traditional motors.

·Configuring an import adjustment mechanism to change the intake pre swirl has improved efficiency under partial load conditions.



Low vibration and low noise:

·The compressor vibration is below 12MM, and the noise of the refrigeration unit equipped with this compressor is below 75DB (A).

·Pneumatic structure optimization design effectively reduces gas flow noise in various frequency bands.

·Motor direct drive replaces gear speed increase transmission to avoid high-frequency noise generated by gear meshing

·The impeller and rotor assembly are calibrated with high-precision dynamic balance to reduce the vibration and accompanying noise caused by unbalance

·The optimization design of the motor electromagnetic scheme has reduced the vibration and noise of the motor structure.


Safety and Environmental Protection:

·Using R134A environmentally friendly refrigerant, zero depletion of the ozone layer. R134A is non-toxic and non flammable in air, and belongs to Class A1 safe refrigerant.

R134A is non explosive, non irritating, and non corrosive, with minimal harm to human health and the environment.


Simple configuration:

·Adopting high-speed motor direct drive impeller, the transmission is simple and the structure is compact.

·The refrigeration unit of this compressor is configured with simple load regulation control through speed and IGV adjustment.

·The compressor rotor undergoes strict dynamic balance testing, with minimal impact on the foundation dynamic load, and does not require additional special shock absorption devices

·Adopting dynamic pressure air bearing, no additional gas supply system or lubricating oil system is required, making maintenance simple.
