During partial load operation, the compressor can reduce speed and energy consumption. Compared to traditional fixed frequency chillers, the energy-saving effect can usually reach 20% -50%.

Accurate temperature control:

It can achieve more precise temperature control, and its temperature control accuracy can generally reach ± 0.5 ℃ or even higher. Variable frequency technology makes the operation of the compressor smoother, the output of refrigeration more uniform, and avoids temperature fluctuations during the start stop process of the fixed frequency chiller, providing a stable cooling environment for processes or equipment with strict temperature requirements.

Extend equipment lifespan:

Due to the soft start method used in the variable frequency chiller, the current impact during compressor start-up is relatively small, reducing wear on the motor and other components, while also reducing the load impact on the power grid. Compared to traditional fixed frequency chillers, the operating noise can usually be reduced by 5-10 decibels, providing a quieter working environment.
